Yesterday we held a Mindful Painting Workshop for our carers. We like to say a big thank you to the lovely Megan for hosting such a wonderful afternoon of painting, breathing techniques and lots of giggles! Everyone painted their own abstract canvas and took home the tools to help cope with stress and anxiety.
